About mld studio
MLD offers a very flexible design solution to suit your needs. Design activities can be tailored specifically, from concept and feasibility, to detailed design and site supervision activities., both locally and overseas.
Services can be offered remotely for projects internationally and within the UK and Ireland. Or, if required, services can be offered on site with agreement for larger projects.
Projects can be delivered under the MLD bannor, or as a freelance consultant within a host organisation, such as a contractor or architectural company.
Freelance services can include 3D visualization, VR, Concept design (by MLD), or technical detailing from an existing design project, or BIM project coordination services.
Drawings can be developed in Revit or ArchiCAD and models can be transferred as part of the initial agreement.
Specialist 3D services are available to both MLD clients or other consultancies where the model is produced in Revit or ArchiCAD and the model transferred as part of the deliverables, allowing the consultant to upgrade their 2D drawing package automatically into a BIM model that reflects the 3d animation/visualizations so that they can progress this model into a full BIM project, therefore greatly accelerating their workflow. Or MLD can develop that model into working BIM package for them.
